In Dublin, Ohio, Allan Patton, 60, was sentenced to house arrest and up to 60 days in jail in 2009 for collecting the urine of young boys from public toilets and drinking it. In August, 2011, Patton made several ranting calls to his probation officer, making inflamatory and vulgar statements, and threatening to cut off his ankle monitoring bracelet. He was taken into custody and allegedly tested positive for crystal meth. During a court hearing, Judge David P. Sunderman ruled that Patton should not be behind bars. He is to continue his probation and undergo mental health treatment.
