Antoine Banks was arrested on February 2, 2011, in Louisville, Kentucky, for failing to signal a turn. According to the Corrections Report, "Furtive movement" on Banks' part caught the officer's attention. When asked, Banks said that he had a bag of Salvia, which officers found in the driver's seat. They also found codeine in a water bottle and a roach that had apparently been dipped in codeine and smoked. Banks was arrested for first degree possible possession of a controlled (unknown) substance. When he arrived at the jail Banks was asked if he had any more drugs in his possession, and he said no. A preliminary search in the jail, however, revealed that he had a baggie of crack cocaine tied to the waistband of his underwear. A more intensive search was authorized, revealing a baggie hidden in the foreskin of his penis. Officers added the charges of trafficking a controlled substance and promoting contraband.
