In February, 2011, a Colorado postal worker was arrested for DUI after a breathalyzer test registered his blood alcohol content at 1.4. At the station, 61-year-old Paul Kausalik asked to use the bathroom. When he came out, Kausalik's mouth was allegedly filled with feces, which he spit all over the police officer's face. He was charged with assault on a police officer and improper use of fecal matter in addition to DUI.
