Man Who Dressed as Dead Mom Convicted in Scam
Brooklyn man Thomas Parkin, 51, faces up to 83 years in prison after being convicted of 11 criminal counts
including fraud and larceny. After his mother, Irene Pushkin, died, Parkin wrote documents in her name, and even dressed up as her, wearing lipstick and an oxygen tube -- as seen in the above image, captured at the DMV. In all, Parkin received $44,000 in Social Security checks over six years, and attempted to sue a building owner under his mother's name. More at Huffington Post Crime.
