Frosty the Snowman
Frosty the Snowman
A man dressed as Frosty the Snowman was arrested in Chestertown, MD., on November 26, during the town's annual Christmas parade. According to police, the man inside the Frosty suit, 52-year-old Kevin Michael Walsh tried to kick a police dog when an officer attempted to escort him out of the crowd. Walsh then allegedly took off his Frosty head and hit the officer in the face with it. He was then tackled down to the sidewalk and handcuffed. Walsh, who says he has dressed as Frosty for the parade for over ten years, claims he was harrassed by police and wrongfully arrested. He was charged with assault and disorderly conduct and released on his own recognizance.
