Michael Vick
Suspended Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick is currently serving 23 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to one felony count of conspiracy. Vick and three others were charged with operating an interstate dog fighting ring known as "Bad Newz Kennels." While Vick denied killing any of the dogs himself or betting on the fights, he did admit to financing the operating and knowing that his partners did kill dogs. While awaiting federal sentencing, Vick failed a drug test and was confined to house arrest. Vick is also deep in debt to several banks after defaulting on loans and the house in which the dog fighting took place was foreclosed upon.
