Exonerated Man Back in Spotlight on Murder Charges, Again

Joseph Green Brown spent 13 years of his life fighting a conviction of rape and murder for which Florida sentenced him to death. On appeal his conviction was overturned based on evidence that prosecutors had allowed a co-defendant to perjure himself. Now Brown faces new charges, this time in North Carolina, for the murder of his wife.
