Crime Library: Criminal Minds and Methods

Oh, Florida. College football star charged for barking at a police dog.

Another story from our crazy cousin, Florida!  This time? University of Florida student and linebacker Antonio Morrison was walking down the street, spotted a police dog in the open window of a police car. He barked at it and it barked back. The officer then decided to arrest Morrison for “interfering with a police dog.”

He was arrested, jailed  and charged with two misdemeanors, including resisting arrest.

Morrison punched a bouncer in June was supposed to behave for six months to avoid prosecution. This arrest will trigger prosecution for that crime as well.

Morrison was suspended from the football team.
