Video Confession Guy Pleads Guilty

Today Matthew Cordle, 22, entered the guilty plea that he promised in a widely-viewed Youtube video.

You’ll recall this is the man who made the emotional video promising to plead guilty and take his punishment for killing a man when he drove drunk on the wrong side of the road in Ohio. Last week, Cordle entered a not guilty plea to avoid an unknown sentence.

But today, Cordle pleaded guilty to a felony count of aggravated vehicular homicide and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He faces a prison sentence of between two and eight years.

Cordle made the promise, via web site, to take full responsibility for his actions. His confession is in the video below.
