VIDEO: Philly Police Reach out to Public for Help in Assault Case

Police in Philadelphia are seeking information on indivuduals recordsd on surveillance camera in connection with an aggravated assault with a handgun that occurred on April 22, 2013, around 6:45 p.m. near the corner of the 3300 block of North 16th street. To help with this effort the Northwest Detective Division in the PPD has released this surveillance video.

Specifically they are looking for help identifying the black juvenile, who starts out with the handgun, the youth who takes it from him, drops to one knee and takes aim.

Anyone with any information about this assault is urged to contact the PPD Northwest Detective Division at (215) 686-3353. These males may be armed and dangerous, do not approach; instead call 911.
