The FBI can cross another fugitive off of its Top Ten Most Wanted list. Eric Justin Toth, on the run since 2008, was captured in Nicaragua over the weekend.

Toth, 31, was working as a teacher at a Washington, D.C., private school when child pornography was allegedly found on a camera that belonged to the school and was being used by Toth. He is also accused of producing child porn in Maryland. According to the FBI, Toth is good with computers and “has the ability to integrate into various socio-economic classes, and is an expert at social engineering. He possesses an educational background conducive to gaining employment in fields having a connection to children.”

After a warrant was issued for his arrest, Toth fled to Indiana, then Wisconsin. The next day, he left his car, with a suicide note in it, at the Minneapolis airport.

According to Nicaraguan authorities, Toth was detained near the border with Honduras.
