William H. Masters III, 60, was arrested in Michigan for allegedly exposing himself to two female kayakers on the Pinnebog River, who were actually undercover officers working in a sting operation to nab flashers. According to Huron County Sheriff Kelly Hanson, Masters was completely naked and yelling obscenities at the officers. He was released on $5,000 bond and ordered to appear in court on September 13.

Masters is the son of the late Dr. William H. Masters, a gynecologist who was one half of the sexuality research team  Masters and Johnson throughout the latter half of the 20th century.

Masters was previously arrested on May 9 after a police officer allegedly saw him masturbating in Central Park. In that case, he was ordered to perform two days of community service.
