Niagara Regional Police in Canada are asking for help identifying a murder victim whose torso was found near the Rainbow Bridge on August 29, 2012. The victim was dismembered before being dumped, and the head, arms and legs have not been recovered. Even so, police have released the best description of the person they have in hopes that they will be able be able to solve the murder, and notify the victim’s family.
The victim is female and anywhere from her mid-20s to early 40s. She has had at least one C-section, her fallopian tubes tied and her belly button pierced. Cause of death has not been released, though investigators did say that this murder is not linked to the murder of Guang Hua Liu, 41, a Canadian woman of Chinese descent and single mother of three, whose body parts were found, but whose torso is missing. Her ex, Chun Qi Jiang, 40, was charged with her murder on August 27.
