Baytown, Tex., man James Jackson, 20, is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and aggravated sexual assault for an alleged June incident involving a Domino’s delivery driver. Police say Jackson forced the woman at knifepoint to drive to her delivery locations and give him the money from those transactions, before sexually assaulting her in an apartment. The victim told police she recognized her assailant because a few days prior, he’d stolen chicken wings from the Domino’s where she worked. He was arrested Sunday after returning to the same Domino’s.
Jackson is also accused of stealing $3 from a 57-year-old man at a gas station and running away on foot. He is held on $30,000 bond.
