Woman Attacks Unwanted Guests With Pooper Scooper

Police in Davenport, Iowa, were called to a residence after the homeowner allegedly drove two guests, who had overstayed their welcome, out of her home — with a pooper scooper. Luckily no one was injured. Officer Robert Bytnar told Quad-Cities Online that while the weapon was not loaded, it was still dangerous, adding, “We believe it was empty, but it had residue on it.” No one was arrested.

Funny, but pooper scooper fights are not as rare as one might think. On May 10, 2012, Seattle police reported that a woman, who was sitting with her dog in a park around 1:30 a.m., was attacked with a pooper scooper by another woman, who complained that she was making so much noise, that her friend couldn’t sleep. At that point the assailant reportedly pulled out a metal pooper scooper and attacked. The victim, who didn’t think she had made “any noise” at all, defended herself with the only weapon at her disposal: Her pooper scooper. Though the blow-by-blow account of the ensuing battle is not available, it must have been epic, because it lasted for 20-30 minutes, until the victim was able to get out of the park. Police were unable to locate the assailant.
