Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of A-listers Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was arrested in Manhattan’s Union Square yesterday for allegedly drinking a beer. When a transit police officer approached the Brown University student, she allegedly gave him a New York ID with the name Katherine Kelly. When the cop called her bluff, Scout allegedly gave him her real ID and said, “My name is Scout Willis. The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.” Scout was hit with two misdemeanor charges of criminal impersonation and violating the open container law. She is due back in court on July 31.
Scout has been no stranger to scandal. A series of provocative Tweets from her now-deleted account @bougepunk caused an uproar in March, when Scout appeared to be revealing the inner-monologue of a privileged yet disturbed socialite. The Tweets, which included, “I’ve had thoughts of suicide, lol,” and ”I hate capitalism like I hate my parents, but they both serve me so well,” were revealed by her rep to be part of a school assignment, in which students had to create a ‘culture jam’ or ‘hoax.’ Scout’s thesis was that Tweeting outrageous fabrications would gain her more followers.
Late last year, the not-old-enough-to-drink Scout posed for a racy photo shoot, in which she perched atop a motorcycle wearing bottomless chaps.
