Kimberly Black, 29, has been charged with murder and is being held on $1 million bond after allegedly setting off a tragic series of events that left her best friend and daughter dead.  According to police, Black stabbed her friend Sharice Swain during an argument.  Swain, who was seated in the driver’s seat of a car parked outside Black’s Cleveland home, stepped on the gas and hit Black’s two toddler daughters, killing one.  Swain died later at the hospital. Though it is unclear if Swain hit the gas intentionally, a neighbor told Cleveland’s WLWT News that Swain wanted to hit black, ”It was on purpose,” said the neighbor, “She was actually trying to hit the mama.”

Black, who took off all her clothes after the incident, was found naked a few blocks away at 123rd Street and Soika Avenue, less than a block away from where serial killer Anthony Sowell kept the bodies of 11 women, casting a foul odor over the neighborhood on summer days.  Some neighbors blamed the smell on a nearby sausage factory.  Sowell’s house, at 12205 Imperial Avenue, was demolished.
